Ambrus Management is a family owned Real-Estate Investment and Property Management company founded in 2009 focusing on value add opportunities.   Our strategic acquisitions and management approach has allowed us to navigate the complex arena of Real Estate and convert under-performing properties into highly efficient income producing assets.  

 

 
 

At Ambrus, our mission is to identify, acquire and stabilize under-valued multi-family properties in targeted markets.

Our strategic and proactive management approach focuses on logistical efficiency in order to minimize risk and maximize returns.

At Ambrus, our integrated Real-Estate Investment software contains the most up-to date information on all of our properties allowing us to keep strict controls over our operations. We have created a lease optimization model with integrated property management software, real-time information and a proprietary inventory management software all to allow for smooth and efficient operations.

As a family run company which has successfully met the challenges over the last decade we plan to increase and expand our portfolio with a long-term vision of quality, income producing, multi-family properties.

Over the last decade, our experienced team has successfully stabilized distressed properties resulting in a 300%  increase in revenues.  We have ample experience overcoming a myriad of challenges including vacancy rates of over 50%, delinquent taxes and unpaid association fees.  These past experiences have prepared our aggressive and efficient management team to handle any challenge thrown their way.

Our portfolio consists solely of multi-family properties acquired while under distress and stabilized through our hands-on management approach.   Through stabilized cash flows we plan on future expansions demonstrating our positive outlook on this asset class.
